It is such an exhilarating feeling to finally be handed the keys to your new home or even sell one successfully as you move to the next stage in life. And when Janet purchased her first property, she genuinely enjoyed the entire process including the time which her agent took to explain the terminology of buying to her. This cemented her resolve to also become a Real Estate agent and 15 years on, Janet is still guiding her clients. Her goal is to provide them with a clear understanding of each of the steps taken in their respective journeys to homeownership.

Known for her professionalism, Janet optimizes on her background in coaching and classes in Psychology. These translate into a better understanding of various personalities. After making an assessment, she is then able to offer creative yet personalized realty solutions which thoroughly meet individual and family needs. Also, a qualified financial advisor with experience in various investment and insurance products, Janet possesses keen insights on the financial aspect of real estate. She takes on a consultative approach to inform people including holding educational workshops for first-time buyers. 

Janet’s drive to inspire change within the industry through excellent customer service is what led her to further her knowledge via advanced training. She holds a designation as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified for Mastering Digital Marketing and an Accredited Consultant in Real Estate. Motivated and hardworking, she is the broker-owner of Ferrici Realty, a brokerage firm which enhances her mission to help people attain financial freedom through real estate. 

When she is not working, the mom of two has a great passion for giving back to the community through volunteering to support causes which are dear to her heart. She also enjoys hiking, reading and travelling whenever she can.
